Boyle, Dillard lead Salukis to 5 seed
Playing in his final game at SIU Arena, Tony Boyle made sure to
make it a memorable one. Kevin Dillard, a freshman, will have many more games in Carbondale over his career. But that didn't stop him from making it memorable as well. Boyle (pictured right) and Dillard combined to score 41 points to lead the Salukis to a 72-68 win over Wichita State on Senior Night. With the win and some outside help from other MVC teams, the Salukis clinched the 5th seed in the upcoming MVC Post Season Tournament. The Salukis will play Bradley on Friday.
In the Salukis' loss to Indiana State on Wednesday,
